By downloading, installing, or using ClashFX, you agree to comply with the following terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this software.
License
Free Version
ClashFX Free is released under the AGPL-3.0 license. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it in compliance with the license terms.
Pro Version
ClashFX Pro uses a commercial license. After purchase, you receive a lifetime license to use it on all devices you own. Pro feature code is not covered by AGPL-3.0.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use ClashFX for any purpose that violates local laws and regulations
- Reverse engineer, crack, or distribute Pro version without authorization
- Transfer, sell, or share your Pro License Key
Disclaimer
ClashFX is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of this software
- Network connection interruptions or data loss
- Actions of third-party services (proxy providers, subscription providers)
Refund Policy
Pro version supports unconditional refunds within 14 days of purchase. Submit a refund request through LemonSqueezy or contact support@clashfx.com.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of ClashFX constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
